Ulysses Alvarado is a proud father of three beautiful daughters and the husband of his loving wife, Lizeth Alvarado.

After graduating from college and beginning his career at IBM, Ulysses became a first-time homebuyer. He purchased a foreclosed townhome at a significant discount and gifted it to his mother. The following year, he bought a condo for himself, sparking his growing interest in real estate investments.

A negative experience with an agent and broker motivated Ulysses and his wife to obtain their Broker and Real Estate licenses. Their goal was to expand their real estate portfolio and manage their own properties. With over 24 years of combined real estate experience, Ulysses and Lizeth are dedicated to serving their clients and helping them achieve their goals. They have built Vistura Realty to guide a diverse range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, new and seasoned income property owners, fix-and-flip investors, and luxury home buyers and sellers.
