In 2009, the owner of Vistura founded the business with a focus on investing in California income properties and flipping houses. Over the years, the company began receiving inquiries from first-time homebuyers and investors seeking advice. In response, Vistura has opened its doors to share its extensive experience in working with first-time homebuyers, property flippers, Luxury Home Sellers, Dream Home Buyers and income property investors.

At Vistura Realty, our vision is to create a brighter future for generations to come. To support this mission, we donate 10% of our gross revenue to over 20 non-profits. These organizations work to heal the sick, unite families, support future leaders, uplift those in need, shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, heal the world, support those doing God’s work, help the less fortunate, care for God’s creation, and advocate for justice and equality.
We believe that, regardless of race, religion, political views, or gender, we can unite in love to make the world what it was meant to be. We are born to be disciples and to serve others.
We must learn to forgive, be sympathetic, and tolerant, and have the courage to generate more love than hate. We should always strive to do God’s will and help those in need, regardless of others' criticism.
